Sellers Need You!

Sellers you are indispensable to Buyers and vice versa.  In the current market here are some circumstances under which Sellers are selling:

(1)  They're "upside down"--i.e., they owe more than their home's current value.   Many of these properties are on the market and are called "short sale" properties.

(2)  Selling beats foreclosure all day, any day!  Many times Short sales are pre-foreclosure sales, distressed property sales, and can be good deals.

(3)  They are relocating, leaving California, going where life is less fast-paced. 

(4)  They have inherited property in California and, many times, live outside of California.

(5)  Sometimes deaths and divorces mandate property sales.
